Since our products are digital and downloadable, refunds are handled under specific conditions.

1. Eligible Refunds

Refunds will only be granted in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment or accidental multiple orders.

  • Technical issues preventing you from accessing your purchased eBook or audiobook.

  • Invalid or broken download links not resolved within 48 hours after contacting support.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds cannot be issued if:

  • The digital product has already been downloaded, accessed, or consumed.

  • You have changed your mind after purchase.

  • The issue arises due to incompatibility with your device or software, after successful delivery.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Email mail.mindmechanics@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

  • Include your order ID and a brief description of the issue.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

4. Support Guarantee

If you experience a technical issue, we will first attempt to resolve or resend your access before processing a refund.
